For self-builders and one-off homes
Self-build package: both calculation stages and your final certificate

For a single self-build or custom build, this package covers everything Part L needs: the design-stage SAP calculation with plain-English advice on the specification, the as-built calculation once the house is finished, and the on-construction EPC. Guide fees are £150 to £300 for a straightforward single plot, confirmed in writing before we start.

What you get
Everything this package covers.
Design-stage SAP calculation
Your house modelled from the drawings and specification, with the compliance route written down before you build.
Specification advice in plain terms
Where the design does not pass, we explain which changes make a difference to the result and which cost money without moving it.
As-built calculation
The model updated to what was actually built and installed, using the air test result and commissioning records.
On-construction EPC
The certificate for the finished home, produced from the as-built calculation.
A named person throughout
The same person handles both stages, so you are not re-explaining your project to someone new at the end.
