New dwellings or non-domestic?
New dwellings, extensions and conversions
Send the drawings and the number of dwelling types and we will confirm the SAP work needed at design stage, what has to be evidenced on site, and the as-built close-out including the on-construction EPC. Guide prices start from £150 for a single plot.
Non-domestic and mixed-use
SBEM and BRUKL work is quoted on the drawings once we know the floor area, the building services and the use classes. Mixed-use schemes are coordinated so the SAP and SBEM sides line up. Non-domestic guide prices start from £350.
